Are All 16 Maps in play or are there set ones. If so, how many will there be, which ones will be out of the mix

EXC355UM is correct. all of your clan members need to register for the event. they all need to go to the events page. and scroll to the bottom, check off the register box and click register. once at least 5 clan members are registered your full team will be up on the events page within 24 hours.
